1. Are these items authentic originals or factory variants?
We do not claim these items to be original or authentic. We only guarantee that the quality of our products is second to none. A huge amount of time has been spent on sourcing for manufacturers with the highest quality in China/Asia. This means picking out only the top 10% of all manufactures there are.
All of our items are shipped directly from the factory and have never been worn, tried on, or laced up. Although they are factory variants, the discrepancy between them are very subtle at most. For this reason alone, we cannot guarantee authenticity of the product, but can assure you that you will be satisfied with the product that is ordered.
2. Why the items in you web is cheaper than others?
We sell directly to end customers at ex-factory price which means you cut the cost paid to any middlemen;
3. Do the shoes come with original box and retro card?
Yes, all shoes come with brand new boxes and retro cards (if any) at the time of shipping. However due to the fact the they are shipped a long way from China, there is no guarantee that the packaging will not suffer from damages caused by international and domestic shipping companies as well as inspection by the customs.
4. How to decide the size?
We reserve the right to automatically pick half a size bigger without notice when the exact size you order is unavailable. Half a size represents only 1/8 inches difference.
Bape shoes run half to one size smaller than the true size. All sizes are larger than 10 may run half a size smaller.

2. What is the customer's responsibility?
Customers must be reachable via email and/or phone. These are the only two ways we contact our customers. It is extremely important that:

b. your phone numberis in use and your voicemail (in any) is not full.
3. Why I have duplicated order?
Once the payment failed or was declined, you should click “reorder” to arrange the payment again. And the duplicated ones will be canceled if you require.
4. What can I do if the item is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. There is limited stock for each item. When an item goes out of stock at the time the order is placed, normally it will be replenished in a week.
You will be contacted by email or phone and required to choose another products for replacement once the ordered item is found out of stock.
Therefore, please make sure you are available by the email and the phone you provide in your account.
5. What can I do after payment?
After the payment is completed, we will inform you via email or give you a call.
After that, You shall check your email box in 2-3 days for tracking number.
6. How long does it take to process my order?
We begin processing your order immediately after we receive your payment. It takes 7 to 15 days to arrive at your door. At this time, however, ladies shoes are subject to longer lead time up to 2 weeks to process.

Unfortunately there is no overnight shipping available for international shipments. The order is always shipped directly from China via major international express services like EMS, USPS, TNT, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
7. When will the shipment be arranged?
The shipment will be arranged after the payment is received.
All orders are processed in China only after we receive your payment in full.
Processing takes 1-3 business days.

1. What about your Drop Ship policy?
We do drop ship.
It is noted that Drop Ship discount is only allowed for order with MOQ =6 (mix and match) and all items should be sent to a same address.
You can fill in the shipping address when you check out your shipping cart. And your remarks about drop shipping are highly appreciated on comment column.
If you are a reseller, commission is to be paid.

Frauds / scams
1. What should I do to protect myself from scams?
With the booming of online businesses comes frauds and scams. Today there are thousands of such websites on the internet. Here are some tips:
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. When you see a website selling at $35 or $40 a pair, don't congratulate yourself too early. If you buy from them you probably will never see your money again, nor will you receive your merchandize.
If a website does not accept credit card as a payment method, don't waste your time. No matter how attractive their catalog looks, it's copied from elsewhere anyway. These types of websites oftentimes are the same ones that sell at $35 or $40 a pair.
Is it a good idea to buy from websites that advertise in the right hand side of Google search? Maybe not. Advertisement costs thousands of dollars, and it eventually comes out of the consumer's pocket of course. Worse, scammers can simply take your money and advertise more, without sending you anything.
Always does a background check on the website? Go to www.whois.sc and look under Registry Data, which tells you when this website was created. Any website that's created only a few months ago is not worth your time.
Return / Refund
1. What is the return/refund policy?
Because this is an international business, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as a change of mind, or a minor difference from the item shown in picture. Albeit, we are open to communication with customers regarding any such issues. For details please refer to our Conditions of Use section.
2. What can you do after receiving the wrong item or size?
Some digital pictures of the shoes and the size tags are required as evidence for us to investigate.
We are not responsible for the shoes already worn.
We also reserve the rights to ship half size bigger shoes without notice, as mentioned above in "a special note on shoe size".
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back for an exchange.
